Balancing Your Subconscious, Conscious And Superconscious Minds

by Rev. Michelle Coutant –

When you are receiving information from the higher realms, you must use your discernment and your wisdom and you must go within your Heart Center to determine if this information is true and correct for you. There is much information that is not always correct in the many messages you read. Each person who channels is channeling through the filter of their subconscious mind, through the filters of their accumulated wisdom of their spiritual growth in this life and through past life experiences.
There are many who believe that those who channel are of great authority and knowledge and to be followed blindly, through their channeling. All have spiritual gifts and those who channel have been given this spiritual gift and have agreed before their incarnation in this lifetime, to bring forth these messages.
It does not mean that they have reached the pinnacle of spiritual development, above all others. There is no such thing, as spiritual growth is ongoing, continual and a sacred journey and path, all will continue, long after they have completed planetary ascension.

We ask you to stand in your personal power and take the pearls of wisdom from these messages, which resonate with you.

Validation

Use your discernment, and your wisdom to determine if the message is your truth. You may ask for validation three times, within your Heart Center. This validation may come from within, it may come through others, in the form of the spoken word, it may come through something you read. We ask you to understand, and know that your own inner wisdom, your God Self is your best and most accurate wisdom.

Only you know what is best for you and the path which you choose to follow.

Those who channel may bring forth to you messages and wisdom from the higher realms, yet there may be inaccuracies within these messages, depending upon the clarity of the channel, and plane which the channel is accessing. Stand in your power, Beloved Ones, and integrate these many blessed teachings, with discernment, love, wisdom and your own inner guidance.

Integrating

We ask you to become more aware of your three minds and to work within the process of integrating these minds to work in balance and harmony with each other.

Subconscious Mind

Your subconscious mind does not differentiate from your inner and outer reality and produces that which you feed to it, with your thoughts. Notice your thoughts, and you will raise your consciousness, as you begin to feed your subconscious mind empowering thoughts.

When you feed your subconscious mind disempowering thoughts such as “I am tired, I give up”, the subconscious mind knows only to produce that within your reality. Spend time reprogramming your subconscious mind, with positive affirmations, as your subconscious mind is already the product of much programming you have received throughout this lifetime, and a product of past life programming which you have brought into this lifetime, to heal.
Conscious Mind

Your conscious mind is the expression of your personality, God’s personality, as you lift yourself up into the expression of your God Self. As you balance your seven chakras and the seven rays, in harmony with your four bodies, you will express within the conscious mind, the personality of God, as the seven rays and the five higher rays carry the aspects and attributes of God. They can be called God’s personality.
Superconcious Mind

Not all are meant to channel beings of the higher realms, yet all are meant to be in communication with their higher Self and their superconscious minds. Your superconscious mind is with you, in every Now moment, ready to guide you and direct you in the higher wisdom of your God Self. It has been guiding you and directing you, throughout your lifetime, although most of you have not listened and connected with this wisdom. Spend time in meditation, speak with your higher Self, your superconscious mind.
Ask questions, and then expect and know that you will receive the answers.

It may not come to you through a word dialog, but you must be open to receive this communication in the form of a message through others you may have communication with, through readings, though a coincidence or synchronicity. Listen, pay attention, and your communication will come to you.

Trust and know that you are Divinely guided as you are God. As you allow your God Self to come forth, through your expressions, your daily activities, you will become stronger and develop the strength and courage to stand in your power and rely upon your own inner wisdom. You will understand that you too, are channeling this inner wisdom from your superconscious mind, and if you choose to formally channel your superconscious mind, this practice is available to each and every one of you.
Begin with the small steps of asking questions and allowing the answers to come forth naturally. You will gain confidence and be ready to move forth to the next step of a deeper integration with your superconscious mind.
Ultimately, Dear Ones, your subconscious, conscious and superconscious minds will blend, merge and become one beautiful God mind in balance and harmony with your God Self.
You will be the personality of God, as you are God. You have only to realize this knowing and express this knowing. Live it in the Now, as you create Heaven on Earth and return to beauty, balance and harmony, as you express the love and joy, peace and wisdom of your God Self.

Ten Point Credo of an Evolved Consciousness

tumblr_mmt443RANI1rzhtlmo1_1280

 by Dr. Ervin Laszlo –

1. I am part of the world. The world is not outside of me, and I am not outside of the world. The world is in me and I am in the world.

2. I am more than a skin-and-bone material organism: my body and its cells and organs are manifestations of what is truly me: a self-sustaining, self-evolving dynamic system arising, persisting and developing in interaction with other such systems and with the world around me.

3. I am one of the highest, most evolved manifestations of the drive toward coherence and wholeness in the world. My essence is this cosmic drive. It is the same essence that is inherent in all the systems that arise and evolve in the universe.

4. There are no absolute boundaries and divisions among the systems that arise and evolve in the universe, only transition points where one set of relations yields prevalence to another.

In me, in this self-maintaining and self-evolving coherence- and wholeness-oriented system, the relations that integrate the cells and organs of my body are prevalent.  Beyond my body other relations gain prevalence: those that drive toward coherence and wholeness in humanity, nature, and throughout the universe.

5. The separate identity I attach to my fellow humans is a convenient convention to facilitate my interaction with them. My family and my community are just as much “me” as the cells and organs of my body.

There are only gradients of intensity in the relations that distinguishing individuals from each other and from the world, no absolute divisions and boundaries. There are no “others” in the world: we are all dynamic, coherence and wholeness oriented systems in the world and we are part of the world and so part of each other.

6. Collaboration, not competition, is the royal road to the wholeness and coherence that hallmarks healthy systems in the world. Collaboration calls for trust, empathy and solidarity.

Comprehension, conciliation, and forgiveness are not signs of weakness but signs of courage. Harming others, even under the banner of patriotism and national or corporate interest is a mistaken intention. I am part of whoever I harm, and so I harm myself.

7. “The good” for me and for everyone in my world, is not the possession and accumulation of wealth. Wealth, whether in money or in a material resource, is but a means for maintaining myself in my environment.

As exclusively mine, it commandeers a part of the resources that all living beings on the planet need to share if they are to live and thrive. Exclusive wealth is a threat to everyone in the community of life on the planet, and because I as well as the holders of wealth are part of this community, it is a threat to the wealthy, and to me.

8. A healthy person has pleasure in giving: it is a higher pleasure than having. I am healthy and whole when I value giving over having. The true measure of accomplishment and excellence is my readiness to give, whatever I can give without harming myself, my family and those in my care.

A community that values giving over having is a community of healthy persons, thriving through solidarity and love. Sharing enhances the community, while possessing and accumulating creates demarcation, invites competition and fuels envy. The share-society is the norm for all communities of life on the planet; the have-society is an aberration.

9. Only life and its development have intrinsic value as ends in themselves.  All other things have value only insofar as they add to or enhance life and its development.

Material things and the energies and substances they need or generate, have value only insofar they contribute to the development of life in the community of all beings on the planet.

10. I recognize my responsibility for evolving my consciousness and through my example for helping the evolution of consciousness in others.

We have been part of the aberration of human consciousness in the modern world and we need to be part of the evolution that overcomes that aberration. Living and working toward this goal is my duty, as a conscious member of a conscious species in a conscious cosmos.

Shifting Paradigms

by James Mahu –

Toward Divine Wisdom and Understanding:

The wisdom and understanding of our own divine essence is like a beacon that invites us inward toward ever deeper connection with ourselves and with all around us. Yet rather than look within, most prefer to look outward for wisdom, thus sustaining a dependence on a vast hierarchy that stretches between the individual and the Divine.

In all our wanderings away from the Divine, humankind has obscured its most compelling features through a persistent belief in limitations arising out of the controlling mechanisms of this hierarchy.

The Divine dances outside of the confines of any hierarchical structures. It is complete within itself and has a singular purpose of demonstrating the collective potential of all life within the universe. It is the archetype of perfection. It is the standard bearer of each soul’s innate design and ultimate destiny. The essence of the Divine is far beyond mental conception, yet humanity’s tendency is to resort to the limiting language of the hierarchical paradigm to define and understand it.

The Hierarchical Paradigm: Searching for Connection and Wholeness

When people are unaware of their inner wisdom and wholeness, they tend to search for order and security outside themselves.

Uncertain of their place within the hierarchical order of the world, they define themselves based upon their insecurities. Individuals thus become only pieces of their wholeness and like shards of glass from a beautiful vase, they bear little resemblance to their aggregate beauty.

Within the hierarchy, many in high positions of power have taken advantage of our collective insecurities in attempting to guide the development of all humankind. They have obscured the direct connection between the individual and the Divine through a variety of means designed to intercede between our inner essence and our divine source.

Each individual can come to know themselves to be free of all forms of hierarchical control.

This is not to imply that we should not trust others or join together in bonds of friendship and community. It is simply a reminder that relative truth is constantly shifting in the hands of those who desire to control. And even when the motive for their controlling behaviors may be of good will, it is still a form of control. When the revealers of “truth” within the hierarchy withhold and suppress information, they are usually positioning themselves to maintain or acquire more power rather than to disseminate empowerment to all.

The desire for connection and wholeness is a fuel that drives us to seek out and explore the hierarchical paradigm.

This inner longing provides us with the motivation to seek help and guidance from a specific group within the hierarchy, and in so doing, cultivate a sense of belonging and connection. Furthermore, the hierarchical paradigm is a stage whereby we develop a sense of connection to some grand, encompassing vision. This is why the hierarchy nurtures prophets who point toward a greater vision.

Spiritual leaders are able to peer deeply beneath the surface reality of life and experience how intricately connected every life form is, and how the composite of all life is intelligent far beyond measure. These visionary leaders can thus interpret reality through their personal abilities to perceive and express life’s dimensional depth and limitless intelligence. Yet no one is able to articulate life’s full dimensional depth and breadth with the tools of language. They can only, at best, describe their interpretation or their impressions.

In actuality, all of us are able to peer beneath the surface reality of life and perceive a unique vision of the universe. We require only time and intention to develop our own interpretations. And this is precisely what many great spiritual leaders have taught. Life’s deeper essence is not an absolute to be experienced by the chosen few, but an evolving, dynamic intelligence that wears as many faces as there are life forms.

No group or people has the exclusive portal into the universe by which the Divine expresses itself in all its majesty.

The portal is open and available to all because the Divine is within all things.

Those recognized as great prophets each produced a vision of the universe beyond what was currently defined by the hierarchy. Because their interpretations were articulated with authority and depth of insight, they became a target of debate among various groups in the hierarchy. This debate then created a polarity of belief.

A sympathetic constituency emerged to defend and embellish their leader’s interpretation, while established groups held it in contempt of previously held beliefs. Invariably, the leader’s vision became confined and shaped into dogma by followers who desired to create a new religion or sect.

Thus, this infusion of fresh insight quietly receded into the hands of the hierarchy, where its deeper meaning was obscured by the very fact that it was incorporated into a rigid structure that both protected and promoted it.

The Transformation Paradigm: Inner Wisdom and Understanding

A new paradigm is emerging that promotes a clear connection of individual consciousness to the compelling features of the Divine without the intervention of a hierarchy. This is when the fables and myths of history step into the light and become known as they were originally intended.

This is the time when language will be transformed into a new form of communication that breaks down all barriers of control. Personal transformation, through the awakening of inner wisdom and understanding, is the pathway into wholeness.

The transformation paradigm is initiated simply by the recognition that rather than the dependency-inducing ways of the hierarchical paradigm, there are accelerated, independent pathways that bypass the hierarchy and lead to self-mastery. These new pathways lead to the divine wisdom and understanding that is present within all of us.

This wisdom can be accessed through the practice of three principles of transformation: seeing the Divine in all, nurturance of life, and gratitude. The application of these life principles disengages individuals from the controlling elements of the hierarchy, thus initiating the transformation experience.

As there are relative truths, there are relative freedoms.

As individuals evolve through the hierarchical process, an ever-increasing sense of freedom is gained, yet external forces continue to exert control through limiting language, confining belief systems and more.

These controlling influences lead to continued reliance upon the hierarchy as it unceasingly attempts to impose a sense of inequality between us. The underlying equation of the hierarchical paradigm is: individual + hierarchy = God connection. In the case of personal transformation it is: individual + inner wisdom and understanding = divine equality with all.

The Synthesis Paradigm: Integration

The time has come to integrate the dominant paradigm of the hierarchy with the liberating transformation paradigm.

This integration occurs naturally once we have fully explored the two paradigms and develop a synthesis paradigm whereby transformation is attained by searching for connection and wholeness through our own inner wisdom and understanding.

It is this combination of release from dependency on the hierarchy and transformation from within that initiates the synthesis paradigm.

Once we take responsibility for our own transformation and integration, it does not mean that the hierarchy is to be shunned or avoided.

The hierarchy is quite benign as a manipulative force and merely represents one important stage in the journey toward wholeness. What is being set in motion now is the initial preparation for these paradigm shifts. More specifically, these paradigms will be simultaneously played out over the coming years. As always, it will be the choice of each one of us as to which paradigm we embrace in our journey.

All of the highest imaginings of humanity are yet unaware of our deepest foundation. We have sought the upper reaches of the building, yet remain unaware of the foundation’s design. It is here, at the very core of existence that the Divine is bursting forth with its creative energy while simultaneously reintegrating with its invitation to wholeness.

It is here that equality is realized, not in the lofty places of relative truth lodged in the hierarchy, but rather in the deepest part of the foundational plan of life’s original source and ultimate destiny. The origin and destiny of existence is the tone of equality in life. Listen for this tone – this frequency of vibration – and follow it back into the very foundation from whence all things arise and return.

Consider these words as symbols only.

Feel the truth that stands behind these words and tap into this empowering energy force that reaches out for you.

Know it as a tone or vibration – a resonance that waits for you around every corner in which your life will turn. It is a beacon of the Divine gathering itself into the form of language in order to usher you to a place from which you can experience the formless tone of equality – the bypass of limitation. It is the primal language of our divine source that bestows to you the freedom to generate your own deepest beauty in the expression of your highest truth.

Every Answer and Solution

The answer to every question is Love. The solution to every problem is Love. The response to every request is Love. Surrender yourself to the power of Love

Be consumed by its raging fire. Throw yourself into its ocean. Love everything and everyone at all times, in all places and in all ways.

Awaken to the only true reality. Bow before its alter. Every song is a song of Love. Every dance is a dance of Love. The message of every prophet, sage and avatar is Love. When afraid, Love. When in doubt, Love When confused, Love.

Embrace the healing power of Love for Love is the only way. All ways are the way of Love for ultimately every cry is the cry of Love or the cry for Love

Love, Love, Love and then Love some more. Love eventually catches everyone, no matter where you are. It is simple yet so profound, just Love

Let Love flow through you. Let Love consume you. Let Love become one with you and you become one with Love. Allow yourself to be woven into its pattern until you and Love are One.

Even On Your Worst Days

20140206-105422.jpg
Dear Human,

Even on your worst days life is still life.

Even on your worst days you still get to see the sun rise and set and the moon wax and wane.

Even on your worst days the earth still spins on it’s axis and the planets still continue their voyage around the sun.

Even on your worst days you still get to marvel at the beauty of the snow and rain and mud and mountains and oceans and stars and so much more.

Even on your worst days you can do one, some or all of these: you can walk, talk, smell, taste, and/or touch.

Mastery of the Expanded Self

by Chris Bourne –
To truly realise the depth and majesty of our expanded self, we have to master the direct confrontation of the moment. It’s all about performing inner alchemy. There’s essentially two forms of consciousness that make up our existential being: the separation consciousness that forms the bodymind, and the unity consciousness that forms the soul. If you include various disruptive energies of society’s matrix, everything we experience from thoughts, to emotions and feelings are caused by the interaction of these various flows of consciousness. How might ‘we’ – as presence – be able to positively influence the internal dynamic?…

Creating your own reality?

Some speak of shaping the thoughts in order to master beingness but to me, this is simply a case of the tail wagging the dog. The same goes for ‘creating your own reality’. Sure, we do create our own reality but what do we mean exactly by ‘our’? In most cases the identity doing the manifestation is just a more subtle form of ego – a spiritual identity – that wants to control the situation in some particular way because it cannot accept what is already unfolding.
We are already shaping and creating everything we experience.

Either the true self – the soul – is shining through and creating harmonious experiences or else the false self is influencing the show, by resistance to what’s currently happening, denial or just plain insensitivity. We might feel a creative impulse for something to happen, only for the flow to get derailed by internal eddy currents of life’s conditioning.

In which case you can’t simply ‘paper over the cracks’, by manipulating the outer pieces on the game board without first uncovering and unwinding what’s really happening inside. To do so, is simply to perpetuate the disharmony through our lives.

Even though the circumstances may change – our jobs, relationships or location – the patterns remain the same. Instead, we need to look deeply into the outer mirror we’re already creating.

This includes our most intense and intimate feelings towards it, no matter how challenging or painful. Then there’s a requirement to notice the blind spots, the grey areas in these points of attachment where presence closes down and gets drawn into the fray through identification.

Grasping the hot coals

The only way out is through. We have to feel the fullness of these retractions from the moment. You have to grasp the hot coals and feel the heat before you drop them.

If you retract in the face of the heat or the pain or the heartache, be it emotional, physical or mental, then in that moment, you have reconfirmed your identification with the heat and with that your separation from the all that is. You have made yourself a victim of the sense of separation and crystalised that as your reality.

The key is transcendence:

Feeling through the heat of the moment until the coals define you no longer. You become the heat, the pain, the tension, the discomfort and soften into it.

You become so totally at-one with it, that you no longer build internal references, structures and judgments around the situations. It is in these totally lucid moments you become absolutely authentic and free.

You have transcended the limitation of identification and dropped into the void of infinite potential. From here, anything can happen. The authentic flow of the soul ignites, fueled by the unstoppable force of the universe.

To master such transcendence is to increase our inner intimacy – to bring absolute attention into our bodily field, to know when we retract, resist and deny. Bringing presence into these blind spots automatically begins to unwind them, liberating the soul as a free flowing spontaneity through the moment. There is nothing that feels better, more harmonious or complete. This is truly living.

The path to Bodhidharma

It is the Openhand Approach to life and I’ve found it very aligned with some of the ancient eastern teachings such as that of the monk Bodhidharma. I came across his work some years ago through a lovely synchronicity and felt to share a glimpse here…
In the old days in China there was a priest called Master Tozan. A monk asked him “how can we escape from this severe heat and cold?” This is not just a question about severe heat and cold. It is a question about the reality we are always facing – a melancholy and difficult reality, a reality that is full of suffering.

People are sick and in pain: people have lost their homes in disasters and wars and have nothing in which to believe any longer and are suffering in their despair. For those whose belongings have all been destroyed, their refuge in the material world has been shown to be empty and meaningless. This kind of pain is always occurring all around us.

Master Tozan answered the monk, “You have to go where there is no hot and no cold!”
The monk continued, “Where is that place where there is no hot or cold? Where is that true place of refuge for the mind?”
The priest answered, “When it is hot, become that heat completely! When it is cold, become one with that cold completely and totally! When it is painful, become that pain completely and totally, and when you are miserable, become that misery totally and completely! In the very midst of that, go beyond all the thoughts you hold in your mind, let go of all the ideas of good or bad or gain or loss – let go of all of these thoughts – and from there grasp that place of your very own vivid life energy! That which directly experienes that ‘ouch’ – feel that life energy directly, grasp that life energy that feels that pain and sorrow.”

More important than finding a place out of pain and suffering, or trying to find a place where there is no pain or suffering, is to go directly to that place where the pain and suffering are being experienced, to go where you feel that pain and sadness directly and totally. Touch that life energy directly and with your own experience. Use that actual direct experience which you have grasped as your base, and stand up strong and firm. This is how the master answered the monk.

Phoenix from the ashes

Of course this advice is not just for the metaphoric physical feeling of hot and cold. We may apply it to every aspect of our lives. Especially in relationships for example where we might suffer emotional or psychological trauma.
As it’s happening, we must not deny it, but rather go into the very heart of the contraction and become as one with it – to soften into it – in the way described above. Then the bubble of identification bursts, the void of silence is touched, the soul rises like a pheonix from the ashes and a new, more harmonious reality takes shape.
Finally, the majesty of the expanded self is realised.

Master the "Force" Like a Jedi

by Steven S. Sadleir-

Whether you call it “The Force” as in Star Wars, innate intelligence, nature or spirit, we all recognize that there is something inside us animating our existence, and all existence. Some kind of energy is flowing, intricate systems of organizing intelligence and will, all working together. The more we connect with this force, the more powerful we become in using it.
The more you find it within yourself; the more you realize the true nature of your Self…you enlighten.
You ARE this spirit, and it is guiding you now to the full realization of God, within you and around, in every place, in all situations, all the time. As you tap into the wellspring of life itself, you tap into the flow of love that sustains your existence…and it is guiding you now.
Use The Force:

Take a deep breath and connect with the life force within you, that is you. Be present to that presence within you that knew to lead you to these words. Feel the volition that is guiding you and guiding us, to bring more light into this world.

As you begin to connect and be guided by the spirit within you, you will also begin to become conscious of how spirit is guiding other people, situations and events and will know when, how and what to do.
You are so much more powerful when you know what is going on. As you become more conscious you learn to use these flows of spirit as this is how we are guided to fulfilling our life purpose.
The more you are on purpose, the more everything flows.
To the degree you are “off” you will find your life becomes more difficult and painful. Difficulty and pain is a sign of resistance; you just need to be guided back on track, to get back on purpose. Use your Jedi skills; use The Force. Where there is darkness bring the light. Like Master Yoda says: “Anger leads to hate, hate leads to the Dark Side.” Watch where you energy goes. Are you getting angry? Are you in fear? Is there darkness in your mind? Meditate.

Connect with the source of life within you, the light within you that is you.

As you become increasingly more conscious of how energy is flowing into and out of your mind and your life, you will become adept at using the energy like a Jedi. An instinct innate within you is already guiding you. The Force is with you now compelling you to read these words.

Spirit has your mind’s attention. You have come to a pivotal point in the evolution of your consciousness where you are now consciously seeking ways to further evolve yourself to enlightenment. Your training is about to begin. Are you ready?
