Leaning into is the Only Way Out

As long as we’re in this world, we can’t escape its hard knocks. Many problems are created by our own bad choices and negative thoughts. Some struggles are out of our control. While other life issues develop because of poor attachment to our original caretakers and as a result we don’t know how to form healthy adult relationships. A number of difficulties are a result of traumas. Some people develop a lack of trust in their ideas, talents or sexuality because others mocked or shamed them.

Working through this pain while staying connected to our humanity helps our Soul become stronger and more resilient. When we choose growth over pathology, acceptance over denial, healing over victimhood, we’re embracing our authenticity. When we honor our unique struggles verses denying we have any, we’re in touch with our Sacred Self.

Connecting to that sacredness is about leaning into the pain we feel and working through the puzzle of healing. When we avoid our inner turmoil by blaming others, self medicating or repeating old patterns that are harmful, we’re riding a whirlpool of chaos. The only way out is to confront our suffering. This way forces outside of ourselves no longer control us. Stepping out of the vortex puts us into the eye of the storm, which is where calm resides.

When we grow psychologically, we stretch — sometimes it’s messy, always uncomfortable. At times it’s downright painful. Like the twisting of gold wire to make jewelry, we’re applying pressure to achieve new form. The wire becomes stronger as it bends to hold the beautiful gemstone. It doesn’t change what it is, only manifests into something greater than its initial form.

Reclaim all that is within you.

Transporting into New Realms

by DL Zeta –
Timelines of Transcendence:
During this powerful time, new energies are filtering onto the earth plane, seeding times of deeper awakening. Seers and other light beings are receiving visions designed to bring awareness to anything that has held them in limiting scenarios.
Transcendence is a primary theme now as we are asked to move beyond old identities into new and often as yet unimagineable realms of being. The new energies allow us to transcend limiting beliefs that exist at the root of limiting careers, relationships, identities and much more. In a sense, these energies are even assisting us in transcending ourselves – or who we believe ourselves to be.
Post-eclipse energies are lifting us higher than ever before, offering glimpses of timelines of transcendence where we’re living beyond our present limitations.
This is not a fairy tale, not a too-good-to-be-true bedtime story. There are steps to take on the journey of transcendence. Those who adopt the intention to transcend limiting beliefs will face various tests to insure their readiness for a limitless existence.
We are not alone in this journey. The universe is with us every step of the way, providing the resources needed to energize timelines of transcendence.
All we have to do is be willing to believe in ourselves, to trust our footing on this new path, and to heal and release the past at a deep and profound level.
Intentions to Transcend activate the Obstacle Field
Any choice to transcend limitations raises the obstacle field. Any time we set an intention we activate everything that stands in the way of reaching our intentions. This activation helps us recognize and clear unhealed emotions, limiting beliefs, habits and connections that anchor us to third-dimensional life tracks.
Inside the obstacle field any fears we still hold kick in and tell us we are not up to the task.
Some turn back at this juncture. Instead of turning back, we can choose to see obstacles as opportunities to reaffirm and strengthen our belief in ourselves and our spiritual connection. Transforming obstacles into opportunities allows us to fly over situations that previously tethered us to dense, lower-vibrational life tracks.
Self-love and Self-Forgiveness are Essential to Transcendence

Self-love and self-forgiveness are essential in transcending limitations. When the obstacle field activates, younger selves within your repertoire of selves may become fearful. Selves still mired in unresolved emotions may throw on the brakes. During this powerful period you have the ability to heal by working with your repertoire of selves at a very high level.

Unconditional love for yourself and others is essential to transcending limitations.
Be gentle with yourself as you transition to unconditional love. This transition will bring before you memories of un-love to be loved and released. When you feel gratitude for moments of un-love, you are ready to step into the real love that transcendence brings.
Be Willing to Re-Parent Younger Selves Trapped in Past Traumas
A high level of awareness will help you past any hurdles you encounter. This allows you to observe yourself without judgment. Forgive yourself if you feel sad, depressed, lonely or fearful. If you resist or pull back, forgive yourself. Let whatever happens be as it is without judgment or blame. Your thoughts hold the power to lift you up or knock you down.
When traumatized feeling states kick in, send love to yourself. Sit with your younger selves. Sit with any selves that feel abandoned and unloved. Be willing to serve as a loving, understanding parent and guide to these younger selves. A willingness to re-parent your younger selves brings about inner unification, which is essential to activating timelines of transcendence.
Transcending Barriers between Lifetimes

Many lightworkers entered this lifetime with the intention to complete past connections. These completions are instrumental in awakening us to our spiritual purpose of helping with the transition to the New Earth.

Past life connections serve to awaken you to expanded dimensions of your being by weakening the barriers between lifetimes.

The shift to the new earth is built upon a vision of oneness with all others and within ourselves.
When we see through the veils separating our various lifetimes, we establish a conscious connection with our parallel selves incarnated simultaneously throughout various timeframes. When we establish oneness with parallel aspects of ourselves we deepen and complete our spiritual understanding on many levels.

This concept of inner unity ushers in a new kind of self-love that transcends the love we have for our present identity self.
As you open to inner unification with all aspects of yourself you adopt a new focus self that is capable of embracing and working with parallel aspects of your consciousness. You may experience initial resistance from your present focus self in this changeover. Be kind and loving but persistent in this transition.
Stepping into the Role of Wayshower

Inside timelines of transcendence you engage with yourself, with others, with the environment and with all living creatures as the limitless, divine being that you are. Timelines of transcendence bring many powerful breakthroughs.

Creativity greatly expands and your powers of perception expand.
You experience radiant health. Your desire to assist others expands. As you seek to help others transcend whatever binds them to limiting life tracks, you transcend your own limitations. This allows you to step more fully into your role as a wayshower and guide into the new time.

The Consciousness Revolution

by Marianne Williamson –

There is a revolution occurring in the world today but it is not fought with armies and it does not aim to kill. It is a revolution of consciousness.

This revolution is to the 21st century what the Scientific Revolution was to the 20th. The Scientific Revolution revealed objective, discernable laws of external phenomena and applied those laws to the material world.

The Consciousness Revolution reveals objective, discernable laws of internal phenomena and applies them to the world as well.

The Scientific Revolution improved the state of humanity in many ways but it also fostered a worldview neither ultimately helpful nor deeply humane. That worldview is mechanistic and rationalistic, without the slightest bow to the primacy of consciousness.

Yet consciousness supplies moral vision and ethical purpose, without which all the science in the world won’t keep us from destroying ourselves or the planet on which we live.

Gone with irony and deep sigh any lingering hope that science will cure all the ills of the world. Certainly science has improved and continues to improve the world in significant, even stunning ways. Despite all its amazing gifts, science cannot give us what we most need now. It cannot save us from ourselves. Science can lead to the cure of a physical ailment but it is not just a physical ailment that needs healing.

Humanity’s core problem is not material but spiritual.

It is our insanity — our inhumanity toward each other — from which we need to be delivered, in order to save us from the self-destruction on which we seem so bent.

Science itself is placed at the behest of human purposes. It can be used for good and it can be used for evil. Of itself, it is neutral and thus amoral. It should not therefore be our god. It’s time to end our strict obeisance to its dictates that the laws of the material world are fixed and unalterable, unchanged by the powers of consciousness.

The old Newtonian model of world as machine has in fact given way to the realization that the universe is not a big machine, so much as it is, in the words of British physicist James Jeans, “a big thought.” Science itself has begun to recognize the power of the mind but not so a lot of the world it has mesmerized over the last hundred years.

We need to heal our thinking, in order to heal our world.

The Law of Cause and Effect holds true on every level of reality. Thought is the level of Cause and material manifestation is the level of Effect. Change only on the level of effect is not fundamental change it at all, yet change on the level of cause changes everything.

That is why a revolution in consciousness is our greatest hope for the future of the world.

What is the Revolution of Consciousness in a nutshell?

Like all great movements in human history it is based on a single insight; in this case, that we are not separate from one another. We are not material beings limited to the physical body, but beings of consciousness limited by nothing.

Like waves in the ocean or sunbeams to the sun, there is actually nowhere where one of us stops and another one starts. On the level of bodies, we’re all separate of course.

On the level of consciousness, we are one.

What that means, of course, is that what I do to you, I do to myself. That makes the Golden Rule very, very good advice. Do unto others what you would have others do unto you — because they will or someone else will.

In the words of Martin Luther King, Jr., “We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one, affects all indirectly.”

That understanding is not metaphor or symbol; it’s a description of an ultimate Reality shoved from our awareness by an obsolete scientific worldview. To reclaim that understanding is not blind but visionary. King was not just a movement leader but also a spiritual one, proclaiming that the human condition would not fundamentally change until our hearts were changed. Until that change occurs within us, every time we cut off the head of a monster three more will take its place.

Anything we do to anyone else will ultimately come back at us, whether as individuals or as nations. Once we know that, we cannot un-know it. It changes everything, including our hearts.

How can we not change how we see each other, once we realize that we are each other?

In the words of President John F. Kennedy, “Those who make peaceful evolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable.” The revolution of consciousness paves the way for the peaceful evolution of the human race. The alternative to that evolution is catastrophic and impenetrable darkness.

Any species, if its behavior becomes maladaptive for its own survival, either mutates or goes extinct. What arrogance it would be to believe that that applies to every species but our own. In fact, humanity’s behavior is in fact maladaptive for our own survival: we fight too much with too many weapons of mass destruction existing on the planet and are actively destroying our own habitat. Our choice is clear: we will either mutate or we will die.

The mind does not want to hear this but the heart rejoices in it. The dictates of science aren’t so sure about it but the dictates of consciousness are clear. Humanity doesn’t need to make another machine; it needs to make another choice.

We need to consider the possibility of another way, another option, another path for the human race to follow…one in which we do not bow before the laws of science but rather bow before the laws of love. The mind will no longer be our master but our servant. Science will no longer be a false god but a truer help and humanity will evolve, peace at last will come to earth, and war will be no more.

10 Steps for Transforming Negative Thoughts into Positive Beliefs

by Alex Blackwell –

We have the ability to create our own reality. For the most part, we can look at a situation and see the good or we can look at the same situation and choose to see the bad. Often times the lens we use to view what’s happening is filtered by our thoughts.

“We can always choose to perceive things differently. You can focus on what’s wrong in your life or you can focus on what’s right.” –Marianne Williamson

Positive thoughts create more positive circumstances. Alternatively, negative thoughts contribute to feelings of dissatisfaction and disappointment. Therefore, changing our negative thoughts is essential to achieve happiness and peace.
The following are the most common negative thinking behaviors. Becoming aware of these is essential to transforming negative thoughts into positive beliefs.
1. Stay away from “all-or-nothing” thinking.
When we slip into “all-or-nothing” thinking we see our circumstances as either black or white with not much in between. By shifting to someplace in the gray, a fresh perspective is created that helps us to realize more options do exist.
To lead an emotionally healthy life we need to have balanced emotions. Words like: always, never, impossible, terrible and perfect, are rigid and allow little room for interpretation or flexibility. Instead, when we live somewhere in the middle then we are in a better position to find sturdier footing which will lead to improved balance.
Look for the gray in these statements:
  • I can be an intelligent person and still do something stupid.
  • I can love my wife and still be angry with her sometimes.
  • There are parts of my life I enjoy and there are parts of my life that create stress.
  • My children bring me joy and they sometimes drive me crazy.

The most important word in each sentence is and. The word and suggests a balance; it paints a shade of gray in our lives.
2. Avoid the temptation to over generalize.
Overgeneralization is best characterized when we believe if one bad thing happens, then everything else is doomed to go poorly. Think of over generalized statements as exaggerations. For example, “You never listen to me. He always interrupts me. She always thinks she’s right. Everybody thinks I’m stupid.”
The biggest overgeneralization red flags are words likenever, always, should or everybody. Understand an over generalized statement is another form of a negative thought. Re-think your words and reconsider the circumstance. Attempt to find something positive.
For example, the over generalized statement of “You never listen to me.” Can be reframed to, “There have been times in the past when you were very attentive and I felt as though you heard me. At this moment, however, I’m experiencing you as not being interested in what I have to say.” The second statement is more truthful and less exaggerated. As a result, a more positive outcome can be expected.
3. Would you rather be right or happy?
I can be very stubborn. At times my stubbornness has cost me. It has caused me to miss the opportunity to accept an apology or consider a different point-of-view. I was more determined to be right than to be happy.
The need to be right cultivates more negative thoughts because of our unwillingness to let go of whatever the issue was in the first place. To find some peace and happiness, sometimes we just need to let it go.
4. Change your mental filter.
Persistent pessimism can develop into a habit if we are not careful. Left unattended, chronic negative thinking can begin to shape the way we see the world. The glass will always be half-empty, for example.
We can begin to change our mental filter by allowing positive thoughts to sift through it too. Try to see the good in every circumstance. A long line at the grocery store is a wonderful opportunity to chat with your partner or child; a stressful time at work will give you a better chance to realize the inner strength you possess; and the world’s current economy is a great time to get back to developing and maintaining a budget for your personal expenses.
The adage, “When God hands you lemons; make lemonade,” is the perfect reminder to be aware of the mental filter we use and the importance to transform it from a negative one to something more positive.
5. Watch your tendency for jumping to conclusions.
When confronted with what might appear to be an unwelcomed circumstance, consider taking a deep breath; a full step back, to look at the event at a more holistic level in order to get all of the information.
In my house, Mary Beth and I have an expression we use with our children: “What’s the rest of the story?” When they come home with a failing grade and begin to blame the teacher, we ask, “What’s the rest of the story?”
Often times we learn there was little effort put into studying or there was missing work that contributed to the poor grade. The point is we don’t take much at face value until we seek a better understanding of really what’s happening.
Even with more serious issues, my wife and I have find by falling back to this question provides us with a better opportunity to see the whole picture. This additional information is invaluable when it comes to how we react and respond.
By asking, “What’s the rest of the story,” we are in a better position to monitor our negative thoughts and keep them from trumping what is really going on. The clarity we gain empowers us to have a more rational and positive reaction.
6. Don’t should on yourself.
When we should on ourselves we are issuing negative judgments about our actions and behaviors.
Consider the following statements: “I should be a better parent; I should be making more money, and I should be happier.”
These should statements suggest our current status is not good enough. These thoughts are negative and prevent us from seeing what is positive. Should statements put our thoughts and attitudes in a box and constrain us from seeing other solutions. Remember, it’s a matter of balance.
We can be a good parent without having to be a perfect parent; we can provide for our families, financially, and still possess the desire to earn more; and we can be happy with all we have and continue to look for ways to bring more happiness into our lives.
7. Be aware of emotional reasoning.
Not many of us are like the character Spock from Star Trek who is consistently logical and rational no matter the circumstance. Even though we often have a rational response to a difficult event, we also have a tendency to slip into emotional reasoning when confronted with an especially challenging situation.
A good example of emotional reasoning goes something like, “I feel shame therefore I must be a bad person.” On the contrary, there are many very good people who feel shame – like all of us.
Just because we are experiencing a certain uncomfortable emotion doesn’t mean our character, our soul, has been downgraded. It just means for that moment, in that small space of time, we feel a certain way about ourselves.
When we allow ourselves to be human and give our spirit the grace and mercy it deserves, we are in a better position to reframe self-limiting thoughts and keep them from manifesting to the point they begin to define who we are.
8.Try not to take everything personally.
It may be hard to hear, but not everything is about you and not everything is about me, either. Fear, paranoia and perhaps a measure of insecurity can lead us to believe the way other people react, or the things they say, are directed to us. Sometimes people are insensitive, judgmental or just plain in a bad mood.
One of my biggest challenges is when a person makes a negative comment about one of my projects, is to keep my temptation in check and not internalize the comment. What I often hear is I’m not good or effective – not the project.
What I hear is also rooted in old, negative tapes playing my head. My task, then, is to replace these old tapes with newer, more positive ones that suggests I’m capable, well-meaning and successful regardless of what someone might say.
9. Dial back from magnifying a problem.
There is perception and then there is reality. Our negative thoughts start to churn when we confuse the two. Seeing a situation for what it really is, instead of what it feels like can help us stay grounded. Magnifying a problem only gives the problem more energy and provides the opportunity for the situation to become larger than it was ever intended to be.
My wife and I have been challenged by some of the recent decisions our younger son has made. While Andrew is a moral and well-intentioned young man, like any 17-year-old, he has been making some questionable choices. Rather than assuming our son is heading down an irreversible path, our approach has been to increase our communication with him and offer a dose of empathy and support as well as some needed direction.
The results have been productive – especially for Andrew. Mary Beth and I elected to focus on the positive aspects of our son. We addressed the problem with the intensity it deserved and did not allow our anger or fear to guide us.
Not that we do everything right with our children (trust me, we have made plenty of mistakes), but in this situation we made the conscious decision to deal with the facts and not allow our negative thoughts or emotions to get in the way.
10. Celebrate.
Celebrate the good things when they happen. Don’t simply dismiss them or minimize them. There is no question some days have a few setbacks, a couple of obstacles and sometimes pain. There are even some days when we feel as though someone has emptied our hearts of the passion and strength we need for life. So, on the days we are blessed and have positive things happen, no matter how small and insignificant they may seem, allow yourself the time to enjoy them and then be filled back up by them.

Like attracts like. Positive thoughts and happiness create more of the same.

Prepare to Be of Service and Ride the Wave

by Tim Miejan –

Messages coming from far and wide are telling us that the reason we incarnated in these bodies on Earth is to experience what is taking place now: the incredible transformation occurring on the planet. We’re witnessing wholesale changes in institutions and social policy, hidden truths about ourselves are coming to the surface and authenticity is becoming the status quo. And that doesn’t even begin to address changes occurring to our planet.
Be True
We are all being challenged at our very core to be true to our soul.
Many of us are changing how we think about ourselves and are being pulled magnetically to opportunities that align with our inner passions. Change is not easy. Millions of people are encountering challenge after challenge, and many have seen their entire way of life turned upside down.
We’re being asked to reconnect to our inner guidance, the same insight that the rest of nature innately uses in every moment. We’re being asked to collaborate and help each other more than ever before.
Like a sudden shift of direction by a flock of birds in the sky, our perspectives are shifting without warning, even though a part of us is so inclined to keep doing everything the way it has been done. Some of us are learning, albeit the hard way, that the old way of doing things may no longer work.
The teachers prepare

For decades, those committed to this transformation have readied themselves by cleansing their bodies and emptying their minds. They’ve listened to intuition and have refined their ability to help others who are not yet receiving the innate communication that we’re all programmed to receive.

These are the teachers and mystics and healers and sages, and they exist in every walk of life.
They’ve become accustomed to going with the flow and many of them have already been living as much as possible off the grid. On the edge. In that place where they can respond at will to something new without ruffling a feather. They expect great opportunities and experience them. They also know that the human existence is finite and that death and decay are just as much a part of life as birth and growth.
Ride the wave

We know that things are changing dramatically. Friends who were never green are now installing hydroponic gardens, and family members who were never open to intuition are finding themselves receiving prophetic insights and dreams.

Some may naturally know how to move forward and thrive with their new instincts and direction but many others may be left feeling adrift, not sure what anything means anymore.

The ones with much experience on the spiritual path are in the best position to assist others in this time of great change.
They can help alleviate fear, anxiety and confusion and they can lovingly support those who are gaining their sea legs as everything shifts around them. With mentors who have experienced the dark night of the soul and who have been to the depths only to reinvent themselves through hard work and perseverance, the less experienced will begin to learn how to ride the wave that is this evolution of human consciousness.
What these times call for is a commitment by the experienced to assist the newbies. These times call for seasoned spiritual warriors to not focus so much on exploring uncharted territory as becoming guides for those who cannot see their way through the unknown.
What many of us have been waiting for has been the opportunity to assist humanity in coming together as a whole, each of us supporting each other, knowing that the way forward depends upon cooperation, not competition.

Awareness & Heart-Centered Consciousness Usher in a Golden Age

Awareness & Heart-Centered Consciousness Ushers in A New Golden Age
 by Stewart Pearce –
We hold the great gift of creative free will as a precious jewel beyond compare. For at conception after only fifty cellular replications, we become a hundred trillion cells, and this is more than all the stars in the Milky Way Galaxy. Your whole being is a compass that has the potential to navigate not just this life, but to exist in many dimensions simultaneously, as a way of deducing the ultimate destiny of creativity itself — the art of heartfelt love painted on the vast canvas of creation.
Awareness calls us far beyond the tangled web of the current geopolitical, social and financial vicissitudes, as we create a new paradigm by restoring heaven on earth. This means we move to new light as quickly as we move from the deepest slumber to the world of waking by dawn arising.
You see, our bodies have been genetically designed to allow self-awareness to surf on the crest of creation’s wave, to allow a projection of eternity to be fully realized on the screen of humanity, fully interacting with the density of Earth’s matter. In this many have evidence of the One, for it is through this power that we may recognize our purpose, our calling, and our ultimate destiny.

Embracing the Vibration of Love

Through Heart-Centered Consciousness

If we embrace the vibration of love through continuous moments of heart-centered consciousness, with the degree of conviction that gestures ‘love is all there is’, we blast open the furnace of our spiritual foundry full of conviction, and the intelligent compassion of an ancient way of loving sears through our living. With this passion a trajectory to heaven is forged!
Behind us, lies a rough landscape of challenging definition, strewn with the debris of our growth pains, for we often encounter chaos when entering the depths of the shadow. But, when we have brushed off the dust of darker periods, we see that we are freshly illumined by the notion of our soul’s loving consciousness in union with the divine — constant, eternal and forever brimming with the unconditional fervour of the passion that love and creativity bring.

Collaboration Rather Than Competition:

The Next Evolutionary Step for Mankind

Awareness & Heart-Centered Consciousness Ushers in A New Golden Age
Co-creation is the Angels fervent wish for us, as it already exists for them, and in the belief that collaboration rather than competition is the next evolutionary step for mankind. For within all humans is the vibration of the temporal and the eternal, as we are a galactic species that may span the gulf between the invisible and the visible, between the mystery and the explicable, between faith and doubt. Therefore, through us a new cycle of creation may occur, which brings new worlds into form, and that allows us to perceive we are reflections of a unique connection with the divine.
What creates the great diversity of creation for Homo sapiens is their ability to move freely wherever they will, as they transit these possibilities. It is within this force that all new knowledge is gained, because it is at this level of Earth counsel that the known meets the unknown, and the diversity maximizes such learning opportunities.

May Each Moment Become a

Unique Moment of Love Unfolding

The Angels wish you well with your journey, praying and praising, as they do that each moment for you becomes a unique moment of love unfolding, as you sojourn the extent of your chosen incarnation. For this life of yours is a chosen path, unfolding as your soul decrees, bringing you moments of rare evolution as a force of spirited consciousness within the Cosmos.
The greatest relevance, developed in recent centuries of time, is the consistent evolution of global communication through the medium of the Internet, and as a consequence of communication technology the education of the Angels has rapidly leapt forward, completing the promise of an age-old prophecy first scribed in Atlantis.

A ‘Viral’ Response to Planetary Awakening

We might achieve the optimal objective of a free-flow, fluid transition into a new Golden Age, because a ‘viral’ response to planetary awakening could occur at any time. We saw such dramatic whispers of planetary consciousness during the early months of 2011, in the release of the old paradigm Patriarchal restraints, within the countries of Egypt and Libya, and beyond. Most significantly, within the surface energy of a mass belief system that holds many from the beauty of unconditional love, we saw a definite change.
Similarly, four billion inhabitants of Planet Earth watched suspended within satellite communications, viewing the gracious and surprisingly innocent wedding of two young people who became the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. This was an unprecedented spectacle of imaginative combustion. For through their solemn, yet joyous oath making, these two young people created a force of love and joy that are positioned as oracular devices in all our hearts and souls. This was the stuff that dreams are made on, by which a greater freedom may be known.

A Distinct Phase of Human Evolution:

New Paradigms, New Management, New Insights

We sit pivoted at the tipping point of a great meta-historical event, where those of our species are triumphantly made conscious, where mankind becomeskind-man , where the love of power becomes the power of love, and the love of life is never the same again. This will signal a distinct phase of human evolution, creating new paradigms, new boundaries, new management, new insights, and new loving – about which the Angels of Atlantis are our constant inspiration, and for which my deepest gratitude bubbles over in the fervent celebration of their truth, wisdom, love and constant unconditional loving support. May your dreams be always fair!

How to Bring Conscious Change

by Neenat Merchant Syal –

Pause a moment from whatever you are doing… Be with this moment…Take a slow, deep breath and breathe into your belly… As you read these words notice your breathing… Notice your body… What are you thinking ?… How are you feeling?… Is there any tension in your body?… If so, where ?… Take a moment to breathe into that tension… Relax… Let it go… Just Be.

You are constantly changing.

Until more recently inner change occurred without much conscious awareness. Now many people are awakening and with this comes a new POWER, the power to change consciously, with your intention.

No longer do you have to believe that you are a victim. As you learn how to co-create with Spirit, you will become more attuned to the laws of nature and the universe. This knowledge will help you navigate through life more skillfully even in times of change and turmoil.

There are many tools to help you make positive changes. Being mindful as in the opening relaxation is one of them. The following are four more of my favorites.

Learn How to Manage Your Energy
Are you highly sensitive? Do you feel what others feel? In today’s world your life gets bombarded with a myriad of outside stimuli, from toxins in the air to the daily stresses of life. Learn what your body and spirit need by finding ways to nurture your inner self.

This means recognizing when your energy system has become overloaded or depleted then taking time to relax and rejuvenate. There are different ways you can do this such as scheduling regular massages, taking healing baths, meditating, practicing yoga and going on retreats. Taking time to recharge your energy will prove to be an efficient tool to help you maintain health and wellness while in the midst of inner changes.

Transform Negative Self-Talk
Become aware of self-doubt, self-judgment and other types of negative thinking that erode your self-esteem and keep you from actualizing your potential. Your thoughts exert a powerful influence on your well being. Consistent negative thinking dampens your spirit and keeps you from manifesting your heart’s desire. It has also proven to lower your immune system thus contributing to health problems
Learn to balance negative thinking with self-acknowledgment. If you catch yourself entertaining negative thoughts, simply acknowledge the awareness, then replace with a positive affirmation. Over time you will find that your negative self-talk diminishes resulting in increased self-esteem, improved health and a better outlook on life. All will ease the process of change.
Add Light to a Situation
You can transform a situation by adding light to it. Light accelerates your growth and attracts your higher good. If you are not sure what you want or how to solve a problem create a symbol for it. Then surround your symbol with a ball of white light.

Imagine the light illuminating your symbol and smoothing out any rough edges. Adding light in this way will bring clarity and ease the process of change.

Adopt an Attitude of Gratitude
Finally, be grateful for every beneficial change no matter how small. You can even begin by appreciating all that you have right now. Expressing gratitude promotes awareness, increases your connection to Source and expands your ability to receive from the Universe. It is one of the best ways to bring more good into your life.

Try incorporating these tools into your daily life. Change, even conscious change, often happens subtly over time. You will need to have patience and perseverance. However, the rewards are great.
