When Worlds Collide

by Evita Ochel –

Understanding the Challenges of Life on Planet Earth:

Right now as you read this, you know yourself to be living on a planet called Earth in a physical incarnation that you share with about 7 billion other people and over 8 billion other living species. In this solar system that we are in, we think of ourselves as being one race of human beings, sharing one planet and one reality. But do we really?
When we examine this fact on a deeper level of awareness, we begin to realize that there are many more worlds within this one world that we envision ourselves to be living in. What is more so, is that there are numerous realities as well. And I am not even talking here about the heavy duty ideas of quantum physics, parallel Universes or multiple dimensions.

I am simply talking about the fact that each one of us, being a physical individuation of source energy, is its own world and reality.

This means that we have about 7 billion worlds sharing 1 planet.

Although the idea may be simple for us to grasp and know conceptually, the depth of this idea has major implications for understanding life here on this planet. It opens up a whole new understanding when we move past the concept, and actually apply it.
If we look at the state of the world today, 10 years ago, 100 years ago or even 1000 years ago, we see that although much has changed, one thing remains the same. We cannot seem to get on the same page of understanding when it comes to life on this planet. Why is this? Why is it so hard for us to apply concepts that should be so fundamental to increasing the quality of life for all, especially when we have the means to do so?
Take the idea of peace for example.

It cannot be argued that it would improve everyone’s lives, yet we choose not to apply peace on this planet, both personally and collectively. It can be done tomorrow worldwide if we really wanted to but we don’t. This is just one example of what happens when worlds collide.

We May Be One, But We Are Each Unique

In recent years the phrase “we are all one” has gained increasing popularity. It is used by many in spiritual and non-spiritual circles alike, often indiscriminately. I used to use this phrase too, and sometimes still do, but today in a very different way. What I have noticed is that many who use this phrase, often use it in a way that strips us of our unique individuation and diminishes the purpose of our individuality.
In my experience thus far, yes, we are all one meaning we have all come from the same source of creation, but this does not make us all the same. And although this may seem obvious to you, I feel it all too often gets lost in many spiritually oriented people who are trying to take on a conceptual “love and peace” view of the world, rather than an experiential one. We may all have the same general purpose of spiritual evolution, but our unique purpose and how we see or experience reality is very different.
This is not meant to divide us or make us focus on our differences, rather than our similarities. Instead it is meant to acknowledge the gift of uniqueness that we each are.

In allowing myself to explore this idea, I have come to grasp why so much misunderstanding, chaos and confusion exists in our world today. We are simply trying to merge everyone into the same reality.

To do this however, goes against the basic law of free will.

This is why people speak about love, but what the concept of love actually means to each person is so different. The same goes for similar concepts like peace, compassion, equality and so on. We each understand these concepts through our lens of reality, through our personal state of awareness and evolution to that point.
Similarly, this message is also not meant to depress us, but rather to empower us to be more understanding of the different levels of existence and concepts shared on this planet, as to why things are the way they are.

We may think we are all talking about the same things but more often than not, we aren’t. Billions of different worlds are colliding and the final outcome is a rather disorganized state of affairs, where most have to learn through life the hard way.

You Are Your Own World and Reality

And so, as many of us think that we live in one world, the truth is we do. However, this is not the world we are thinking of. The one world we live in, is our personal world. Each of us comes into this life and physical incarnation at a different level of evolution, we are then conditioned by the various cultural, religious and political influences depending on where each physical incarnation takes place.
This builds various biases, beliefs and perceptions about the world as we know it. Most of us continue life at this pace, possibly with some small bursts of various awakenings that may change some of these patterns. Others, may have major awakenings and drastically shift the course of their lives, sometimes even multiple times.
The most important thing to note here is that there really are as many worlds co-existing on this planet as there are human beings.

Each one of us lives in our own world, with its own perceived reality. Embracing our unique qualities and individual paths is not a bad thing that should be seen as separating, rather than uniting us.

In order to fully grasp the wholeness of who we are and really put the phrase “we are one” into action, rather than as just a concept, we have to embrace our own unique purpose and individuality first. Just as, in order for a seed to know itself as being part of the planet, it has to experience itself as a plant first. The same goes for us.
When we embrace our unique individuation, purpose and level of existence, we can then begin to see how we fit into the whole.

This is where I feel many people in spiritual areas have skipped a necessary step. This being, to fully embrace yourself first, before you can embrace the totality of all creation. You get to know the whole by first getting to know the parts that make it so. Thus to understand the external world, we need to first understand the internal parts that make it up.

Spiritual Grades of Evolution

To best summarize what I mean by all of this, I’d like to use a simple analogy that all of us are familiar with based on the current model of education that spans from kindergarten through college. Through this analogy it is my intention to help you see and understand why our Earth is in the state that it is. And again, the state I am referring to is neither bad or good. It is simply a disorganized state, where we are not living from a state of high efficiency or coherence.
To illustrate this, I want you to imagine the following scenario.

You have just arrived in a brand new country that you know nothing about. As part of your tour of their culture, you are taken to visit a local school. You walk into a classroom and you notice something odd that you have never seen back in the schools of your own country. This classroom is full of kids of all ages and they are all trying to learn together. You notice some kindergarteners, a high percentage of elementary school kids, some high school kids and a handful of college kids.

All of these beings are trying to learn and coexist together.

The teacher is of course trying to do the best job they can by adhering most of the curriculum to the high percentage of elementary school kids, and so this leaves a lot of the kindergarten kids restless and getting into all sorts of trouble, while it leaves the college kids bored or frustrated.

The older kids often try helping the younger ones understand the concepts before them, and while this works sometimes, other times it is a useless endeavor. The older kids soon realize that the younger kids can only grasp certain things at different levels of their development and there is no point in trying to teach them the same things they are learning themselves, or things they are not yet ready for.
Okay, so let’s come back from the visualization. I am sure you have guessed it by now as to the purpose of that scenario. This is the easiest way to envision very much what is happening here on Earth.

Planet Earth is like one giant classroom.

It is fun, it is exciting, sometimes the lessons are easy and sometimes they are hard. But the biggest challenge in this classroom is being with kids of all ages and at all very different levels of learning. This is how I have come to see and understand planet Earth.

We may all be one, coming from the same source, but we are all at very unique levels of our personal evolution.

It is this, that poses the greatest challenges on this planet.

Akasha by Elreviae

When we begin to see our planet from this perspective, we begin to understand why there are those of us who like the kindergardeners are only interested in fulfilling their own needs and captivated only by their own existence. Then there are all sorts of elementary school kids who are each at very different levels themselves.
Some just want to play, while others actually want to learn something. Some are causing themselves all sorts of trouble, not yet understanding how this “school” works but as they want to figure things out for themselves, as kids often do, they won’t hear from the older kids about how things can be done differently.
Then there are the high school kids who are starting to see through the system and rebelling against it in all sorts of ways. They are often the activists who want to make a change, who want to be heard, who feel like they must do something. Then there are the college kids, again all at different levels of their personal mastery and specialization, who are starting to understand that the only way to change the world is by changing yourself.
If we compare life on this planet to other planets where life forms exist, what we know of so far is that one of the biggest reasons why our planet is so unique is because it breeds such diversity. What we know about other civilizations is that they are much more aligned to being at a similar level of evolution. This naturally makes it much easier for their societies to coexist together in peace or work for a common goal.
On our planet, because there are such wide variations of beings, this is very difficult to do. As you can imagine a 4th grader wants very different things than a 10th grader, or even a 7th grader! And so we have those on our planet who want to play with guns, those who have no problem killing others whether it be humans or animals, those who want to create beautiful architecture, or those who are interested in learning all they can about their existence.
Also, since there is a greater predominance of elementary school kids, just as the teacher in the above example, our society is geared towards these elementary “grade levels”. And instead of “a” teacher, we have a system put in place to keep the majority under control in various ways, be it political, religious, etc.
To make matters more complex, yet fun, we are not all at the same level or grade with respect to every area of existence.

For example, a being may be at a college level when it comes to mastering personal relationships, but at an 8th grade level when it comes to living in harmony with nature. To add to this, when we speak of people having “spiritual awakenings” or experiencing “enlightenment”, this does not mean one awakening in a conclusive sort of way.

We may each experience a spiritual awakening when it comes to a specific subject or at a whole grade level, which we can equate with graduation from that grade. This would happen when we equalize all areas of existence to be at least at that level of evolution, as we proceed to the next. Even along these levels, as each child in the same grade, we too have different interests and preferences. Even when we reach the college level, we are still not done, for we are then involved in an eternal journey of specialization and further self mastery.
This is also why we can begin to understand why sometimes something as simple as trying to have a conversation with others about topics which we may think we would all understand similarly, proves difficult.

Let’s use some more examples to further understand on a practical level.

Think about the topic of abortion for example, a 3rd grader will have a completely different understanding of this topic compared to a 9th grader, compared to a college kid. (Remember we are using complex human topics in the context of grade school analogies.)

What peace means to a 1st grader is very different than what means peace to a 5th grader, and more importantly what each is willing to do in order to have peace. And so we can take any topic, the so called economy, politics, ethics, health or nutrition and understand why we have the misunderstandings and miscommunication we do.

We may be talking about the same things but each of our unique abilities to comprehend the vastness of each topic totally depends on our personal level of evolution. Ultimately, I am not sharing this so that you may try to figure out what supposed grade you or anyone else is in. That is not at all the point of this dialogue.

The point is to realize that we are all at different levels of our learning, thus of our personal evolution and spiritual development.
Concluding Thoughts
Although we are currently part of a collective reality on this planet, we each construct our own reality, based on our personal perspectives, past experiences, biases and level of evolution.

Our personally constructed reality is the most influential force in our lives.
We are all at different stages of spiritual evolution, or in different grades. And a 3rd grader is no better or worse than a 9th grader. “Better” and “worse” are simply constructs of an unconscious ego-mind that lives in the world of duality.
We each need to be tolerant of the fact that we are sharing a planet with many other beings of every level, just as kids of all ages in one classroom. The older kids need more patience with the younger kids, for we were all once there. While the younger kids can save themselves a lot of hurt and pain, if they so desire, by taking example from the older kids.
In order to create most effectively, you must align yourself with those that share similar worlds to yours. This does not mean people of the same religion or same political party, but beings who choose to perceive reality and vibrate at a similar frequency to you.
In the end, I do not have a solution for you, because technically there is no problem.

We simply have to recognize and understand the challenge before us, to be able to better get along with each other and create the lives and world we most want to experience. We each came to this planet, this time and many times before, knowing this challenge very well. In fact, this is one of the reasons why we come here at all, as contrast can cause us to learn and evolve the fastest.

It is why we tend to pick the families we do, religions, cultures and such. It can therefore be seen as a very positive, rather than negative thing, despite the challenges that it presents.

As long as we don’t get caught up in other people’s realities but see the bigger picture of what is going on, there is perhaps no better playground or classroom where we can have the chance to spiritually evolve at a faster rate.

The Ego: An Illusion Pretending to Be Real

by Paul Lenda –

“Man is born free and everywhere he is in chains. One man thinks himself the master of others but remains more of a slave than they are.” –Jean-Jacques Rousseau

Although Rousseau was mainly referring to human society as a whole, even 250 years ago he understood that humanity can upgrade itself and live in a golden age by returning to nature and living a balanced life at peace with ourselves and each other.

It’s almost hard to believe that, as a result of the ego (something that isn’t even fundamentally real), we can come to a point in our timeline where there is a probable possibility of species self-annihilation, whether by accident or by focused intention by the the most megalomaniacal of minds within our human collective. It’s is a very dangerous way to live and leaves the uncertainty of a bright future, if a future at all, at unsettling heights.

It’s time to finally come to terms with how big of a role the human ego plays in all the social and political issues we see all around us and that affect our daily lives. Putting band-aids on the symptoms will not cure the very deep causes of those symptoms.
Thanks to some wonderful luminaries of humanity, we can upgrade our understanding of what ego is from the rather simplistic Freudian view to a model that allows for more complexity.

After all, the universe/multiverse as we understand it, is infinite in nature. Within this infinite reality time is irrelevant…the creation of a highly complex non-entity structure-process that has an illusion-generating nature is not an impossibility. The growth, metamorphosis and transformation of the energy of Infinity can concoct aspects of Reality (algae, poetry, entheogens, lacrosse, etc.), one of them being of such a high level of sophistication that it has influenced the sentient life cycles of entire species like the human race.

Yes, rather than being an actual entity, the ego is a structure-process that has an illusion-generating nature… something that has been backed by not only thousands of years of personal and direct experiences and eastern philosophies but also by the study of the nature of Reality and its various aspects through quantum physics and other forward-thinking sciences.

Having the understanding of what the ego is in this expanded view can help us understand that whenever the ego exists, we exist in a state of confused perception thanks to the generated illusions it creates. This is why activities such as meditation are helpful in the minimization of the ego’s influence over our lives.

Understanding the Illusion
The powerful emotions of anger, fear, envy and others can be seen as if they were mechanically following tiny signals…as if there was a switch that was pressed. The illusion is that we are seeing something that is an actual experience within an objective reality.

However, the fact is that it is mostly a replay of past experience that is modified a little to fit present circumstances. This replay is recorded again in order to add to the previous memory, which ingrains things even deeper, leading us to have a greater conviction in its real-ness.

The more we experience in this way, the deeper we get stuck in the illusion.

This entire time, we stay in a state of confusion where we think that we are basing our actions on experience itself.

The delusional ego has made us prisoners of something that isn’t even real.

Take a look at how prevalent this is in older individuals. The older a person gets, the more ‘experienced’ he or she is in this illusion that has essentially entrained the brain to think a certain way. The older a person is, the more sure he or she is that they “know” what they’re doing, making it very difficult for them to think differently or delineate from the path the illusion has trained them to go down. The essence of such a person’s life is now made up of a series of illusions.

Wouldn’t you like to be free?
Wouldn’t you like to be in control of your own life and not have it controlled by something that isn’t even intrinsically real in the first place? You can and you will…if you can over come the great obstacle of fear. This incredibly powerful tool of the ego is a reflex that is set in movement when something that’s identified as very necessary is seen as being threatened.

This reflex of fear causes a person to find every possible way of protecting what is felt as being necessary, or it failing this, to create illusions of escape from the approaching danger. In the strong words of physicist David Bohm, “fear confuses, corrodes and corrupts the mind.”

Minimizing Ego to Become Self-Realized

Many of us don’t realize that the question “Who am I?” is a much more difficult one that we put ourselves on to believe. The ego, the “I” or self that we feel we are is largely a figment of our self-created reality. Ultimately, our true self is not the ego which feels it is separate from others but a part of the undivided Whole that has the same spark of infinite love that is within everyone, even if it seems sometimes that this is not the case.
The ego can become so incredibly empowered at times that we may fall into the trap of believing that it is the real and genuine “I” that we should associated our awareness with. If we have such a belief we will be unable to become fully self-realized and live a completely liberated life that is guided by love. When we directly experience and are aware of the true Self, we find ourselves being aware of the reality that we are water drops from an Infinite Sea.
The ego is unreal in a way. We create it in order to cope with our social interactions. The ego is a false center, a smokescreen and a barrier to the true Self.
It’s what gets in the way of experiencing unconditional love. It’s what gets in the way of directly experiencing the source of reality. It’s the deeply-buried but always-present intuition that we are the center of the universe/everything that gives rise to feelings and beliefs in our uniqueness and specialness. What we see ourselves as being, which is a perception that stems from our time-and-sense-bound consciousness is ultimately unreal.
All of our self-limiting activities grow out of this false picture of ourselves and because of this we conjure up an idea of a dualistic world of self and other, of things separated and isolated, of pain and struggle, birth and death, killing and being killed, etc etc etc. This picture of reality that we paint for ourselves is untrue because it’s not seeing reality for the way it truly is. A good analogy for this is that it’s like looking at the tip of an iceberg above the water and refusing to acknowledge the most of it is still underneath the water.
If we could see beyond the continuously-changing forms into the primary Reality, we would realize that fundamentally there is nothing but harmony and unity and that this perfection is no different from the phenomenal world of continuous change and transformation.
I’m not saying that the ego is inherently “wrong” to posses (we all possess it, after all). It can be likened to a tool that we have and can use and just like with any tool, if you don’t have it under control, it carries with it the potential to become dangerous, and cause you and others a great deal of harm, pain, and suffering. This is why I used the term ego minimization.
As you transcend lower levels of consciousness that are firmly rooted within the domain of the ego, you become less and less prone to falling into the grip of the ego and letting it sway you every which way it pleases. Through ego minimization, we are able to become Self-Realized and directly experience the true nature of who we are. The question of “Who am I?” becomes a much easier question to answer.
Self-Realization in its fundamental and most elementary meaning is the direct experience and awareness of the true Self (that luminous spark of the source of all that is that is all that is within itself).
The higher Self is often masked by the false self, which by now you probably see is the ego. Both transpersonal psychology and psychosynthesis explore and unravel the nature of self-realization. In Hinduism, it refers to the experiencing the reality that one’s higher Self is a mirror image and spark of the the Source or ultimate reality. By becoming fully Self-Realized, enlightenment becomes within our grasp for being a state of existence we can finally attain.
So how can we get from an ego-dominated life to a self-realized one filled with harmony and unity? There’s many ways to go about it.

Some ways are the following:
  • Kundalini cultivation
  • Meditations on higher states of consciousness
  • Letting go of all egoistic thought forms or ideas
  • Administering the principle of oneness in everyday life
  • Transcending emotions and mind states such as anger, greed, hate, jealousy, fear, shame and guilt
  • Brainwave entrainment
This is by no means an exhaustive list but simply a list of ways that have helped me in my own Self-Realization. In this day and age where the youth see a lack of true leaders to help them in their quest to answer the age-old question of “Who am I?” many turn to psychedelics in order to peel away the thick layers of false-self that the ego has hidden our true Self under.
Although enlightenment doesn’t come on a piece of paper, a pill or a sugar cube it still is precisely what some who are now Self-Realized attribute their eventual Self-Realization, enlightenment and spiritual awakening to. Attachment to the technology that opened the door for us must too be left behind if long-standing Self-Realization and enlightenment are our goals.
Whatever methods you use for minimizing the ego and becoming Self-Realized it is ultimately the end-result that truly matters, not the path in which one took to get to it.
Pay attention to how your ego is controlling your thoughts and actions so that you can reduce its grasp on your life. After identifying how its affecting you, you can minimize its influence on your being, paving the way to attaining an almost blissful enlightenment state of becoming Self-Realized. If you truly wish to become enlightened, Self-Realization is a fundamental step that must be taken towards attaining that blissful state of pure be-ing. Are you ready to peel away the layers of illusion?

Five Pillars of Spiritual Mastery

Spiritual Mastery is defined as the perfection of the spiritual process and a complete understanding as to the nature of reality.
The benefits of Spiritual Mastery are extensive but include the ability to direct one’s destiny, choose one’s future higher-dimensional incarnations, transcend death, perceive the astral and trans-astral realms and perceive all of the non-physical and non-conceptual aspects of the Universe and Reality. Compounded onto those benefits – one can also achieve Life Mastery in the 3D world (health, abundance, well-being, perfection of the use of energy and having a strong immunity to karma).
It is an elusive state as the vibratory bar for Spiritual Mastery is high – yet with an understanding and application of five main pillars – achieving this state in this life-time (and thus becoming a non-returner to 3D) is certainly possible. Added to the elusiveness of the state is the fact that the state of Spiritual Mastery cannot be perceived directly from outside of it – and thus Spiritual Perfection remains vibrationally invisible until you are ready to understand directly.
Thus – any teacher (myself included) can only provide sets of tools and road-maps rather than wave a wand and grant you instant Universal Enlightenment. The path must be walked in order to transcend the path and attain an understanding of Truth!
The five main pillars to reflect upon and create if one is serious about attaining Spiritual Mastery:
1. Truth
To attain a state of Spiritual Mastery (and remain there long enough to be able to make use of the state) – one must be committed to the path of truth. All lies cause confusion and distract one from the true path. Lies, deceptions, trickery and all forms of cheating create karmic effects that dampen one’s vibration and keeps one trapped in a state of separation from Source / Ultimate Truth.
For the Universe to be completely open with you – you must be open with it – lies create barriers and resistances to true intimacy with the Universe. Spiritual Truth cannot be perceived from any state not aligned to truth – and thus Spiritual Mastery is the product of a transmutation and renunciation of all lies!
2. Impeccability (Ethical Purity)
One of the main reasons why Spiritual Mastery is so hard to attain or to understand in the Western world is because of the unpopularity of being ethical. Many people cheat, lie, steal, delude themselves or others, engage in control dramas and violate the basic spiritual laws and principles that make a strong relationship to Source possible.
Examples include taking or abusing the sanctity of life, unethical livelihood, sexual misconduct, theft, control (violation of free-will),a lack of respect for the path and a whole host of other ethical issues. Without the ethical purity in place comprehending high-level spiritual understanding is impossible (there are Universal safeguards in place to prevent people blowing up stars and tearing holes in the Universe or damaging the purity of the Higher Planes – things that would happen if these safeguards were not present!)
Without ethics – whatever one thinks one knows may be false and in some cases one can become subservient to the energies of the Lower Astral – a phenomenon most notable in light-worker channellers who have not yet transcended control dramas. In my experience of the light-worker community – beneath a superficial veneer of love and light lies a dark world of criminal behaviour, corruption, cheating, lying and a large array of other unresolved control dramas which tragically ends in victim-hood, sickness, misfortune, suffering and death – the end result of ignoring ethics.
The worst enemies of spiritual enlightenment are lying and cheating – both of which will cost you in energy terms many more times the cost of playing fair and true. For as long as you have the tendency to lie, cheat or steal – spiritual understanding will be impossible to attain. When you cheat with intent – the karmic effect is amplified.
Whatever benefit you may believe you obtained through deception and cheating – will quickly be outweighed by the subsequent depletion of energy. What’s worse – in that depleted state – other people can then cheat you (what goes around comes around) and push you further down into the karmic web. Trying for a short-cut by cheating will always find you walking the hard and long way around.
The one thing that any spiritual teacher cannot teach you is how to live a life of integrity. Either one has it or one does not. It is not something one can learn overnight. Only the experience of life can teach you about the importance of integrity. Without it – spiritual information, understanding or knowledge is useless – for it is like making a daily visit to the well with a gaping hole in the bottom of the bucket. Nothing can be retained, integrated or made use of. This is why the world is hungry for spirituality and is not satiated – because there are a host of ethics and integrity issues in the way making retention impossible.
3. Bodily Purity
The body is the temple (the abode) of the Higher Self/Spirit/Atman. Keeping a strong relationship to Source requires an extreme level of vibrational purity and freedom from harmful toxins found in almost all foods and drinks on the planet.
The vices of modern day humanity (alcohol and tobacco) are the very things that ruin ones physical temple, destroying one’s light body and creating a further separation from Spiritual Truth. Eating toxic food consumes vast resources of one’s life-force that could otherwise be directed to the attainment of spiritual understanding!
4. Abundance
Many people struggle with this one primarily because of a separation between the left and right hempispheres of the brain – leading one to polarize spirituality and abundance as mutually exclusive opposites. Poverty then naturally ensues and one spends many years of one’s life working hard for little abundance instead of spending time doing spiritual practice!
Being spiritual and monetarily abundant simultaneously is a matter of transcending dualistic consciousness that attaches to the either/or mindset. Having money with no spiritual understanding gives the experience of basic materialism and existence on Earth with no spiritual perspective – being separated from the inner.
Being spiritual and having no money keeps one trapped in a space of being powerless to do or create anything in the outer. Neither are balanced spiritual states and keep one trapped in an either/or and thus stuck in the illusion that one desires to exit.
I was once asked why I promote being abundant as a Spiritual Master. The answer is the matter of time.
Spiritual Mastery takes much effort and time – thus you will need to work less. You will need all of the time you can muster up to perfect the spiritual process and death can come to call at any moment. Abundance can buy you more time which is the most valuable thing you can buy for your path.
Without plenty of abundance, you will be bound to the wheel of time through doing hard and low paid work – this will weaken your energy and destroy your body long before you are able to perfect a state of Spiritual Mastery.
5. Free Will
Without an understanding of free-will and an application of that understanding in one’s daily life – Spiritual Mastery will remain nothing more than a distant concept and pursuing it may not be in your best interests. Free Will gives all beings the choice to determine their own path. Interference with free-will is control and incurs unfavourable karmas.
The energy of Source cannot be controlled or manipulated and this explains why holding onto control issues always causes frustration, conflict, power struggles, suffering and further separation from Source.
Without a respect for free-will there is no respect for the sovereignty and uniqueness of all sentient life. When respect for life is absent – one gravitates toward the opposite – death and the associated loss of awareness. Death affirming actions, choices and beliefs deepen one’s entrapment to the reincarnation cycle.
Once all the five pillars are in place and one is grounded with pure intent – the pursuit of high-level spiritual understanding is worthwhile, fruitful and rewarding. One will have the energy and vibration that will enable one to discern spiritual truth and make fast progress toward completing all of one’s lessons on Earth.

Nature’s Gateway to Higher Consciousness

by Christine Horner –
Einstein, Tesla, Emerson, Thoreau and DiVinci are just a few who have revealed that Nature was a gateway to greater understanding into the workings of the Universe. Many a writer has divulged that daily walks in Nature revealed great insights into human behavior as well. What happens when one spends time in contemplation under a canopy of conifers or in the stillness of predawn hours? It can only be described as pure magic!

So powerful is the connection to higher states of consciousness and the deeper truth of who you are, that Nature has been misunderstood, discouraged and even banned as a practice for seeking enlightenment.

MIRROR, MIRROR…

Peer into the water’s edge of a lake or stream and see your reflection. All of Nature acts are a reflecting device, illuminating the qualities of the totality of Creation in parts small enough for you to discern profound wisdom and truth when you inquire into the metaphor it represents. As Creation (God), holistically is conscious, so, too are all of Creation’s “parts” sentient, as consciousness itself.

In truth, there is no separation, or parts — there is either a larger or a smaller fractal of Creation, relatively speaking, nested within itself like Russian dolls. Because all of Creation is inter-dimensionally connected energy and consciousness, you have the ability to expand or contract your awareness at will, far beyond the confines of your body, utilizing a number of techniques such as silence, prayer, chanting, consciousness-altering chemicals, Nature, etc..
In a meeting with scientists, world-renowned astrophysicist, Dr. Stephen Hawking said the late Pope John Paul II once admonished them by saying, “It’s OK to study the universe and where it began. But we should not inquire into the beginning itself because that was the moment of creation and the work of God.”
So powerful is the connection to higher states of consciousness and the deeper truth of who you are, that Nature has been misunderstood, discouraged, and even banned as a practice for seeking enlightenment. For historically, most of the time inquiry leads to discoveries that contradict established doctrine and dogma.
Demonizing the reverence of Nature (Pantheism) stems from ignorance, such as institutions attempting to eliminate it from their organizations as a potential threat. Likewise, studying science and the cosmos is an extension of inquiring into Nature.
Any individual or organization that discourages or prohibits inquiry into nature, science, or the cosmos, should immediately cause red flags to rise, for the only reason for doing so is to subvert attention away from an opaque agenda.
So why is the investigation into natural phenomena still being discouraged in this day and age? Perhaps because in the past, veneration of Nature has been linked to Paganism; the worship of Nature, through its parts, resulting in complex belief systems and a multitude of gods that had to be pleased and placated, rather than today’s singular “contemporary” God (one that still has to be pleased and placated according to some).
THOUGHT EXPERIMENT

Let’s inquire more deeply by performing what Einstein called “thought experiments.” If you believe God is without limitation, then you would believe God is infinite. If God is infinite, then God is infinite possibility. Taking it further, God is infinite expression.

As infinite expression, God is everywhere. God being everywhere, God is everything. And this is the Divine Paradox: God is all that is seen and unseen, Creation Itself, as both form and formlessness.

Paganism is a point of view created out of separation consciousness. What was and is still misunderstood, from indigenous cultures to modern man alike, is that Nature is not being seen in its entirety, as part of the whole of Creation/God. When Nature is viewed from Unity Consciousness, it is revealed that there is no separation from God, never was and that we humans are also an expression of God, as a species in Nature, not separate from it.
This is the true symbolism of the rainbow; Creation expressed as a full living-color spectrum of levels of consciousness. Additionally, white is the inclusion of all color, while black is the exclusion of all color — the Divine Paradox reemerging — Creation being both light and dark, born out of relativity.

PRESERVATION OF EGO

A great man of enlightenment himself, the reasons behind the Pope’s rebuke can only be speculated upon as an act of self-preservation, a demonstration of his own humanity lost in the illusion of separation. For the first thing Nature clearly does is negate the need for organized religion.

Nature, by self-definition, essentially means revelation. As you immerse yourself in the flora and fauna around you, becoming one with it, it is clear that your salvation was never in jeopardy, only your belief that it was was.

If every aspect of Creation is Self-Conscious, absolutely nothing is hidden. You are free to inquire into your nature and in fact are encouraged to do so. Notice the natural tendency of humans to be curious and to investigate life from a plethora of points of view, not just through scientific inquiry. To be in a state of awe and wonder of the world we live in and why we are here is Creation in awe and wonder of Itself!
If you haven’t yet experienced the magic mirror of Nature, one that extends into infinity, you are encouraged to begin by asking the basic open-ended question, “What is the deeper meaning of what I see before me?” thus expressing your willingness to know and inviting it to be revealed to you. Be prepared for it to change everything in your life as everything taught to you by others will eventually come under scrutiny by proxy, and then be seen as a limited and outdated belief system.
Become lost in the vastness of who you truly are by immersing yourself in your Oneness with Nature. Whisper in Nature’s ear and Nature will whisper back to you. Nature/Creation has given you everything as a gift. You are that gift — the Gift of Life.

Accessing Our Sacred Inner Gifts

 by Wes Annac –

Consciousness is expanding on earth like never before and we’re being given an endless amount of guidance and advice about this expansion and our entrance into a higher state of awareness. Gradually, everyone’s beginning to become aware of the reality of our existence and as we do, we seek to reclaim the deeper perception we’ve always had the ability to access.

Spiritual awareness will help us see the reality around us in a whole new way as we welcome the entrance of the light into our perspective and every worry and concern will fade when our greatest expansions take place and we feel the spiritual warmth set in.

Expansion will entail a lifting of the oppressive weight that’s held us down for so long here in the lower dimensions and this is why a growing number of seekers strive to expand as much as they can. Everyone deserves to become aware of the reality of spirit, and with our efforts, nobody will go without a spiritual understanding.
Nobody will have to miss out on the greatest and most profound truths that wait for us to remember them and as long as we start getting active in raising awareness, the consciousness of the planet will grow with increased rapidity.
Our evolution progresses based on what we do in every moment, and if we use as much time and energy as possible to inform and uplift others, we’ll raise the planetary consciousness in a much quicker timeframe than we would if we remained idle.

The cultivation of awareness is a very important part of our evolution, because we can’t shine our light on things we aren’t aware of. Most people naturally want to raise awareness about the paradigm-expanding things they learn and this makes our effort to sow political and spiritual awareness crucial.

As we’ll learn, our rising consciousness will entail heightened spiritual gifts that we’ll have earned by the work we put in to reach a higher vibration, and our effort to spread awareness will help these gifts flow in a pure and intensified way.
Spreading awareness is one of the best things we can do for ourselves and for humanity and there are plenty of ways we can inform and uplift others. Some of us might feel inclined to write; others might play music; some might become activists. No matter what method you use, your effort is very important.
You can serve humanity whether or not you feel inspired by the divine flow that eventually helps everyone find and pursue their greatest passion. There’s a unique role waiting for each of us, even those of us who don’t feel valuable to the earth’s ascension at all and opening up to the divine will help us discover our gifts and talents.
We’ll rediscover exactly what we’re meant to do to help others become aware when we open up to our greater perception and the latent gifts we hold within, and our evolutionary experience will be much easier and more enjoyable when we find our passion and flow with divinely inspired work that’s intended to uplift.

Following suit with the usual format, I’d like to examine some of the wonderful material our channeled sources have given us about the expansion taking place. It’d take report after report to cover all of the information they’ve given, but I’ll do my best to cover some of what’s been said here with appreciation for the vastness of the material out there.
This is one of many important subjects that have been addressed by independent channels and we’ll dive into the material with a quote from SaLuSa via Mike Quinsey about our increasing telepathy and intuition.
“As the vibrations begin to lift upon Earth some of you will find that your psychic powers increase, and that generally you are becoming more intuitive. It will help you to decide what to do when faced with a number of choices, and you will be able to go forward with confidence.” (1)
Our intuition can help us through important situations, and without it and its gentle yet powerful nudges, a lot of difficult circumstances could leave us stumped. The intuition always seems to be there when we need it most, but we have to attune to its ‘voice’ within.

To do this, we have to learn to start listening to it – to follow its nudges. It could be difficult at first, especially if what it’s nudging us toward is different from what our ego wants but with time and practice, listening to it will become much easier. As we practice, we’ll find that our mind and heart-centered telepathic abilities increase as well.

According to Archangel Michael via Ronna Herman, our increasing telepathic ability will make our integrity more essential than it already is. Nothing’s hidden in the light of the higher dimensions, and everything is seen, known, felt, and understood.
“As everyone’s telepathic and clairsentience skills are perfected, you will understand why truth, honor and integrity will become paramount.

“We are aware of the Light patterns that you emit, and also the resonance of your energetic signature, whether it is harmonious or discordant. We see your radiance or lack thereof, and you cannot hide who you truly are from us. In the near future, this gift will become the norm for many advanced Light Workers as well.” (2)
We’ll perceive ourselves and each other in a much deeper sense than we do now, and needless to say, the lower qualities that’ve secretly kept the world in motion will be exposed and understood for what they really are.
An increased collective perception will herald an illumination of darkness in every form, and we’ll eventually re-reach the perspective our guides possess – one of seeing and knowing everything in the light of Source. Personally, I look forward to knowing the people and guides around me in such a deep, harmonious way.

Mother Mary through Fran Zepeda encourages us to expand our perception of who we are and what we’re capable of, because we’re endowed with far more talent and love than we yet understand.
“So I ask of you dear ones, please keep opening up to your possibilities and your gifts as you explore the expansion that you are enjoying now, with no limits and no preconceived ideas.

“The more you let go and open to the possibilities of this New Light, the more you will progress along the path of deep awareness and experience of your rich inner worlds of Divinity. The more you surrender to it, the more you will experience the sweet music of grace and purity within you.” (3)
We have to be willing to surrender our limited perception of ourselves and understand that we’re divine beings who are capable of doing miraculous things to unlock the depth and richness of our developing higher-dimensional perception. If we’re willing to believe we’re capable of superhuman feats, we’ll achieve them without question.

If we could only understand our immense power, we’d be able to work away like never before on the awakening of humanity and the restoration of our beautiful planet.

This planet was once a glimmering celestial body that boasted fully conscious societies, and with our efforts, we’ll return her surface to this condition.

We’ll return our society to the brimming state of consciousness that was once prevalent, and in doing so, we’ll enable other planets and civilizations to experience the expansion and evolution we’re currently experiencing. Isn’t it interesting to think that we’re affecting the entire planet and all of creation with our actions on the earth?
Speaking through Elizabeth Ayres Escher, Mother Mary also encourages us not to worry if we don’t initially grasp some of the greater concepts we’re starting to remember.
“Do not fret, dear ones, if your logical mind cannot yet grasp these concepts, as the left side of the brain was designed to allow you to function while in a constrained environment. That playground has now expanded to incorporate hitherto unseen worlds that have always existed side by side with your own physical world.” (4)
The higher realms have always been right here with us, but we’ve existed under a lower-dimensional filter that’s temporarily blocked our perception of these realms. We’ve come here to learn and grow in a constricted environment, and our experience would have no substance if we were automatically able to perceive the amazing realms beyond.

We have to thrive under the limitation of the earth before we can greet the higher realms and for the purpose of growth and learning, we’ve willingly taken on the veil of forgetfulness we’re now piercing as we learn so much new and interesting information.

We still have far more to learn before we pierce it for good but with all of the things we’re learning already, I think it’s safe to say that we’re making progress. We’ve done a lot of significant things to help humanity evolve so far, but to continue expanding, we have to keep striving to raise consciousness and awareness.

Mother Mary then reminds us that we’re becoming much more than we yet realize. Our ongoing evolution is taking us into new and unknown territory, and we’re encouraged to continuously expand our perception of ourselves.
“Now you will begin to find the doors between the worlds being opened up so you may step through them. Allow your image of what constitutes ‘self’ [to] expand as more and more of your ‘pieces’ of greater Self settle into your etheric and physical bodies. You are in the process of becoming more than what you have appeared, to both yourself and to others.” (5)
We’re expanding in every way, but despite what we’ve already learned, we still have a lot of growing to do. We have to be willing to accept that we’re far more than we’ve been programmed to believe if we want to experience the greatest perceptual gifts the divine has to offer, and in my opinion, instilled limitation is a mental poison that’s been used to keep the common person from acting on their true potential.
Individually, we’re pretty powerful but collectively we can do far more than we give ourselves credit for. If everyone teamed up with a collective understanding of our power and the weight we carry, we could easily take this planet back in the name of the light and build the fair and just society we talk so much about.
It’d be pretty easy to claim independence from the cabal’s rule if we were all united in the cause but unfortunately, complacency has replaced motivation and kept us too busy with trivial things to care about holding them accountable or restoring the plant. The conscious public is tasked with changing this, among plenty of other things and nothing stops us from getting to work but ourselves.
The Sirians via Elizabeth Ayres Escher tell us about the foggy unawareness that’s stopped us from connecting with our family beyond, as well as the collective awakening taking place and the increased abilities that come with it.
“For many thousands of years it has been difficult for your off-world relatives to contact you, as your ears have been stopped up by false beliefs and overpowered by the desire of your rational mind to discount all things existing outside the parameters set by your five physical senses.

“Now that the planet has succeeded in reaching a certain level of frequency, the way stands open for many to begin to suddenly awaken, as a whole new set of meta-senses comes online… clairsentience, clairaudience, clair-cognizance, telepathy and many gifts that are naturally the birthright of the human race.” (6)
As we break through the rigid mental structures that’ve taught us to discount anything that can’t be physically studied, we open up to the deeper gifts and revelations we’ve forgotten about. In doing so, we’ll enable everyone to experience the heightened gifts that come with a purer state of consciousness.
I can only imagine what it’ll be like when everyone’s aware of the reality of their existence and starts cultivating the immense abilities they rediscover. I can foresee a lot of workshops geared toward helping people develop their abilities, but ultimately, the best guidance and advice comes from within.

Opening up to the guidance of the heart is the best thing we can do for ourselves because it gives us specific guidance that pertains to us personally. We can only learn so much from another person and at the end of the day, the energy and advice within is the best and most valuable.

Especially when it comes to expanding and developing our abilities, we’ll benefit most from finding and maintaining an active spiritual connection. The Constant Companions via Aisha North urge us to wake up from our instated slumber so we can access our greater, dormant gifts.
“So that is why we say go within, and do so with the intent of one that is actively seeking the greatness that has been lying dormant there for eons.

“For you are like Sleeping Beauty, someone who has been kept sedated for such a long time, it can take forever to wake up again. But wake up you must, for in order to face the future, you must have removed those last vestiges of induced sleep from your own being.” (7)
Moving beyond the weary ego can be pretty difficult, but it’s essential if we want to unlock our greatest perceptual gifts. We have to fill ourselves with the livelihood that enables us to embrace the challenges that come with evolving instead of hiding away from them, and from what we’ve learned so far, it seems as if moving beyond the ego is the absolute best thing we can do for ourselves.
The tricks of the mind can make our ascension process difficult if we continue to let them dismay us, and only by completely moving beyond their influence can we access the heart space and develop our endless abilities. These abilities might initially surprise us because of their paradigm-expanding nature, but eventually, we’ll accept that we truly are capable of using them.
Our growing connection with Source will cause an endless refinement of our higher-dimensional abilities, and we can take the first step in developing them by moving beyond the mind and into the fullness of the open heart.

The Constant Companions also tell us that awakening from our slumber can be uncomfortable at first because of the knowledge we gain and the sensations we feel.

“It can feel uncomfortable at first, much like the sensation when blood returns to a limb that has been numbed down for a while. But remember, all of these ‘needles and pins’ you will experience on the way are truly a sign of you finally waking up.

“For that is what this whole process is all about, waking up to the fact that you are a far more powerful being than what you have thought yourself to be, and as such, the process can very much be likened to a patient who has been in coma for years, suddenly coming to.” (8)
A lot of people are awakening in a very rapid manner, and this can cause some confusion followed by an open embrace of our abilities. We’ll continue to grow and develop from here, and if we’re actively vested in pursuing a greater perception, we’ll accelerate the process and make it much more enjoyable.

We’re certainly going to enjoy developing our abilities and every step up the ladder will be more blissful than the last. We’ll learn to create in interesting and amazing ways and the dreariness that’s accompanied the earth for so long will be replaced with enthusiasm to actively explore the states of consciousness opening up for us.

I envision a revolution of awakening, multidimensional souls who actively and excitedly develop their abilities but it can only be started if we begin exploring what we’re capable of now.

We’re then told that getting used to our greater perception will become easier with time and practice.
“And so it will be a period of bewilderment and confusion for you all, for you will need to get acquainted with that ‘new abode’ of yours we referred to in an earlier message. Remember, you have left that old and cramped flat behind, and now, you inhabit far more spacious living quarters than before, and one that has a whole new set of rooms with which you need to get acquainted with.” (9)
We have to become familiar with our greater perception before we can all-out feel it, and if we were suddenly whisked away to the fifth dimension, we might be overwhelmed and wishing we could go back to the comfortable lower spheres to continue our growth as its intended to be experienced.
Some of us might even feel uncomfortable in the fourth dimension, and it’s essential that we experience the steady yet rapid growth we’ve planned to experience. Awareness and enlightenment are wonderful things, but they have to be earned; they can’t just be effortlessly attained.
Electra Osara via Natalie Glasson tells us about the clarity our ‘refreshing breeze’ of awareness will bring to us.
“This vibration akin to a refreshing breeze will bring clarity and softness to the energetic structures of your mind. The mind and mental body when its focus is locked upon the 3rd dimensions can contain rigid and hard energetic patterns making it difficult to move beyond consciousness already obtained.

“As the rigidity of the energetic patterns dissolves, the mind and mental body are able to breathe, freely expanding in order to collect and process new consciousness and understanding.” (10)
We can’t let the mind’s woes keep us down, and if we do, we’ll solidify the energy we’re giving out and make it harder to receive the divine flow. The divine is all around and waits for us to pick up on and understand it, but it’s essential that we meet it on a higher level by moving beyond the influence of the discouraging and disparaging ego.
As Electra Osara tells us below, the help our guides are giving is intended to soften the density that fogs our perception so we can feel the divine flow in an easier way.
“As we plant the pure love of our consciousness into your mind our gift and purpose is to soften the influence of the physical dimension upon your mind, therefore you are more easily able to project freely flowing experience into your reality rather than limited or restrictive experience.” (11)

Our guides are helping soften the negativity around us so we’re better able to feel the energy descending down, and we can welcome their assistance when we open up to its reality.

They’re here to help us re-find the divine and move beyond the constraint and limitation of the lower mind, and I think we owe it to ourselves and them to open up to their guidance.

We owe it to ourselves because they have a lot of important things to tell us, and we owe it to them because they’ve worked pretty hard to help us become aware. They’re working to help us remember that everything’s truly ok and that we don’t have to succumb to the mind-centered stress that keeps us down, and personally, I’ve found this guidance very helpful.
Our vibration will continue to rise as we’re introduced to various things that’ll expand our definition of what reality is and can be, and our efforts to steadily cultivate a higher vibration are important to our development and that of the people around us.
Our efforts to connect with our guides raise our vibration and the awareness of the planet, and for this reason, getting out of our minds is essential.
We have a lot of important and inspired work to do in this new era of heightened awareness, and our divine abilities will become clearer and clearer as our awareness grows to new and unexpected heights. Let’s keep at our efforts to re-find the divine and the abilities that come with it, because we’re destined to change the world.

What the World Needs NOW in Order to Change

“Enlightenment means an end to the endless wandering through the dreamlike passageways of life and death. It means you have found your home.” – Buddha

What is enlightenment?

For the simplest explanation, enlightenment is the realisation and getting to know your true inner self. It does not require you to do anything, it does not involve you to be anything and it does not involve any special course or techniques. It is understanding what your true inner self and nature has to offer. Buddha taught “I am enlightened because I have realised that enlightenment is knowing that there is nothing you have to do to be enlightened.”

What Does Enlightenment Feel Like?

“Completely comfortable at peace and at ease in every situation and every circumstance with a sense of true inner freedom, independent of both outer circumstances and internal emotions.” Lama Surya Das

Many associate enlightenment with having some out of body or heightened experience, an external circumstance that gives us some kind of ‘extra’ or special experience. In reality this could not be further from the truth.

To reach or attain enlightenment is to truly experience, discover and understand who we really are. To be aware of the great light that shines deep within, to be conscious of and delight in the present moment.

“Leave everything as it is in fundamental simplicity and clarity will arise by itself. Only by doing nothing will you do all there is to be done…” – Khyentse Rinpoche

The journey of enlightened

The hardest thing most of us struggle with is present moment awareness. By practising this and being ‘in the moment’ we can start to understand what the great philosophers and thinkers are talking about. Without being present and experiencing the stillness and tranquillity of the moment it is very hard for us to be able to achieve a higher level of awareness and enlightenment. The process of letting go is possibly one of the most difficult things that we have to learn on our journey towards enlightenment. If we realise that everything passes, comes and goes, then we are much better placed to experience life by not resisting all it has to offer. It is our resistance that limits us to lives of suffering and constant craving.

How do I know if I am enlightened?

Enlightenment and awareness may differ from person to person. Enlightenment may show itself when you care more about others than yourself. It may come when you no longer feel the need to justify thoughts in your mind. It may come when you have given up seeking and are comfortable with where you are.

It is in the understanding that you are compassionate, loving and unconditional in everything you do. By seeking to help others and encouraging them to find the way to enlightenment you too will benefit in your journey towards enlightenment.

Practice simply being in a calm, tranquil state. Meditation and yoga are both great ways to practice getting in touch with your inner self. We spend little time just being, we are too busy scurrying around looking for something to do. Just be, don’t do anything, look inside yourself and get to know who you really are.

Stephen Levine in his 1979 book ‘A Gradual Awakening’ writes: “By clinging to things that we think we know or don’t know we block out deeper knowing. By letting go of everything – not through force, not by slaying it, but simply seeing all the content as a passing show, as process and flow – we become the whole of our experience and open to our natural understanding.”

He continues by saying, “The process of enlightenment can occur in two distinct ways. Like the steady growth of a tree towards the forest canopy it pushes its ways up through the undergrowth until it reaches the light. We too can slowly and gradually grow and mature until we come to the realisation that one day we will see the light and attain absolute clarity. On the other hand we may be suddenly woken from a deep slumber by a traumatic event or something that awakens our awareness.

By being completely in the present moment and detached from all things, you are not relying on any external stimuli to be happy. Happiness, peace and contentment are generated from within.”

For the most part we live in a state of separation, we create thoughts and scenarios in our minds that do not represent reality. We create these realities that go toward deluding ourselves. In this world of constant struggle, we suffer, causing ourselves pain, frustration and isolation. To live free and enlightened is to release ourselves from these self-inflicted negative states of mind. We are free to do this at any time we choose, it is merely a matter of choice.

How do you define yourself? Narration by Alan Watts

“A new consciousness is developing which sees the earth as a single organism and recognizes that an organism at war with itself is doomed. We are one planet. One of the great revelations of the age of space exploration is the image of the earth finite and lonely, somehow vulnerable, bearing the entire human species through the oceans of space and time.” –Carl Sagan
knowledgeoftoday.org/2012/08/We-are-One-Wake-Up-Open-your-Eyes-change-the-World.html
“When I look up at the night sky, and I know that, yes, we are part of this Universe, we are in this Universe, but perhaps more important than both of those facts is that the Universe is in us. When I reflect on that fact, I look up – many people feel small, ’cause they’re small and the Universe is big, but I feel big, because my atoms came from those stars.” –Dr. Neil DeGrasse Tyson –
